Text to Speech by Balabolka 2.2.0.502 Portable

Balabolka merupakan sebuah alat untuk mengubah Text-To-Speech yang memungkinkan Anda untuk mendengarkan teks tertulis. Suara komputer Semua diinstal pada sistem anda yang tersedia untuk Balabolka. Teks pada layar dapat disimpan sebagai file WAV atau MP3.

Program ini dapat membaca isi clipboard, melihat teks dari DOC, RTF dan file HTML, menyesuaikan font dan warna latar belakang, kontrol membaca dari system tray atau oleh global hotkeys.

Balabolka uses various versions of Microsoft Speech API (SAPI); it allows to alter a voice's parameters, including rate, pitch, and volume.

The user can apply a special substitution list to improve the quality of the voice's articulation. This feature is useful when you want to change the spelling of words. The rules for the pronunciation correction use the syntax of VBScript.
